**Objetivo**

Asegurar que se mantengan las relaciones a largo plazo entre nuestros clientes y la organización de manera efectiva, desarrollando nuevas fórmulas para conseguir los objetivos de venta y la rentabilidad.

**Principales Funciones**
- Gestión de la información. Realizando valuaciones y análisis previo de la información que consigue tanto de la competencia como la del cliente que quiere captar.
- Gestión de las relaciones. Contacto directo con cuentas y encargarse de que las relaciones sean positivas y efectivas.
- Gestión del negocio. Métodos para diferenciarse de la competencia y mantener la visión de la organización.
- Gestión del proyecto y el equipo. Resolución de incidentes del cliente, saber dirigir la situación para que no se produzcan rupturas en las relaciones del cliente y la empresa. Conseguir convencer al cliente y llegar a un acuerdo positivo para ambos.
- Diseñar planes estratégicos y gestión de clientes.

**Requisitos**
- Experiência en puestos similar, conocimientos del Sector de Seguridad Privada (preferentemente)
- Paquetería MS Office
- Organización
- Compromiso
- Alto nível de empuje
- Experiência en gestión comercial y marketing
- Habilidades analíticas y estratégicas
- Experiência en ciclo de venta
- Comunicación efectiva y asertiva
- Negociación.
- Persuasión.
- Disponibilidad para Viajar
- Contar con auto propio, se da apoyo de gasolina y mantenimiento

Salario: $20,000.00 al mes
