Este puesto está localizado en nuestro Campus de Manufactura de Clase Mundial en Querétaro, Mx. Trabaja en uno de nuestros cinco avanzados edificios, que incluyen siempre una enfermería, cafetería, transporte, y estaciones de trabajo ergonómicos.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, write, develop Logistics Processes as improvements identification for savings, transit times and communication between Watlow Departments.
- Provides data generation, reporting, analysis, organization, and continuous improvement of supply chain information for the purpose of optimizing supply chain performance and accomplishment of strategic and tactical objectives.
- Follow up on Logistics initiatives from end to end, updating status to management and task accomplishment on agreed due dates.
- Report any “stopper” in your process so leader can mentor and look for success on task.
- Develops strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across value streams, sites, business units and functions.
- High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service.
- Support strategic for logistics and ensure strategic initiatives are executed in a timely manner in accordance with the project plan.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are developed to ensure compliance for export, import and logistics regulatory processes.
- Initiate and maintain close, collaborative working relationships with clients before start-up and during shipping.
- Provide internal and external customer consultation to ensure international.
- Participate on corporate regulatory project teams or may provide service as an independent expert.
- Maintain and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to logistics, related regulations, and training.
- Keep abreast of current data, trends, regulations, developments, and advances in area of expertise.
- Develop and implement new processes to improve logistics operations within the company.
- Develop, revise, and maintain current practices, policies, and procedures to support both the department and customers.
- Assist with the development and training that are directly or indirectly involved in importing and exporting goods and/or technical data.
- Perform review and escalate the results of the daily Denied Party Screening.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years functional expertise with trade compliance, supply chain and/or logistics
- Business English
