Purpose Statement: Responsible for managing, storage and track company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.

Key Job Accountabilities:

- Manage and control of documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes.
- Receive and process Requests for Information process from employees and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
- Manage and control of Quality Management documents such as SOP, WI, Form, EOI, Manuals, Reference Material, JD, Templates, specifications, approvals and related items.
- Identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention and disposition of quality records.
- Training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include retention, retrieval, removal and recovery.

Additional Accountabilities:

- Support on OR process
- Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10%).
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Programming languages C++ y SQL
- Manufacturing processes

Education/Experience Qualifications:

- A minimum of an Associate’s degree is preferred; a Professional Intern/Graduate degree is preferred.
- One (1) year of related experience is required; One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred.
- Basic English, 50% at minimum.
- Microsoft Office package Knowledge, required.
- Agile system knowledge, preferred.
- JDE system knowledge, preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
