We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the following responsibilities:
- Review, research and approve invoices received
- Ensure payments to vendors
- Monthly reminder to Vendors for compliance documents when existing documents expire
- Support customers on only payments and answer all their questions about their accounts.
- Support with basic accounting bookkeeping in the system.
- Schedule:_
Monday to Friday:
- Regular schedule: 8:00 am a 5:00 pm CST MEX
- During Summer: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm CST MEX.

**Minimum requirements**
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong data entry skills
