Meaningful Work From Day One:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing complex data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. You will work hand in hand with multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic information that will drive our operations and help us make informed decisions.

What You Can Expect:
National and Regional Salesforce:
- Analysis of National and regional Universe by segment- Monitoring of Commercial Agreements and Contracts of active and inactive accounts- Analysis and monitoring of KPI Execution (Visits, Audits, PICOS)- Wholesaler information- Analysis Sell in Vs Sell out of the Wholesalers of the Chequebono and Plan Hotelero- National and Regional Forecast- Status analysis Checkbonds, redeemed, expired, or canceled- Validation of active and inactive accounts in Rewards platform- Generation of Analysis for the Channel- Monthly validation of KPIs of the On Premise team- Generation of monthly closing of On Premise indicators (Displacement, investment, ROI)

National, Regional and Executive:
- Performance ranking by Executive- Ranking Top Volume and Value Accounts in the channel- Investment analysis by segment, National, Regional- Generation of analysis for other areas

Sales:
- Performance by wholesaler, National, and Regional (Account Statement)- Performance of Chequebono plan, Hotel Plan (Account Statement)

Marketing:
- Validation of activities by brand, materials, report of results events, etc.- Comptroller / Finance- Expenditure provisions, advance investments, budget, MRM, COUPA

Audit:
- Updated Regional National Universe, Trade Agreements, Chequebonos, etc.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: - Degree, administration, industrial engineering, marketing, related.- Previous experience: 3 years in similar coordination positions, administrative assistance.

Knowledge / Personal Skills:
- Languages: English intermediate-advanced- Google Suit (Sheets, Slides etc)- Advanced Excel management (indispensable)- Data Analysis- Time management.- Alignment to processes- Manipulation of databases- Responsibility- Organization- Teamwork

Capabilities:
- Proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions across all levels of the organization, including senior management, technical personnel, and consultants (written & verbal).- Ability to set a positive example for others by following high ethical standards.-
- Experience developing metrics to inform resource allocation decisions- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of the use of data analysis and metrics and the ability to translate data, research, and trends into actions- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.- Knowledge in Compliance.
