**Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the Mexico City region, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and manage performance evaluation processes, providing feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
- Implement and oversee professional development and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and updates.
- Implement and enforce HR policies to minimize legal risks and maintain a compliant workforce.
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key HR performance indicators.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR leader in the hospitality industry, with specific experience in Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
