**Los objetivos principales para los Sales Associate son**:

- Lograr el objetivo de ventas Desarrollar exitosas iniciativas de venta Descripción de los deberes.
- Asegurarse de promover la alta calidad que poseen los productos
- Ocuparse de todos los tipos de clientes (incluyendo los VIP)
- Garantizar una excelente experiência de servicio al cliente (incluyendo SAV) por medio de la ejecución de la ceremonia de ventas de acuerdo a Journey to Sales Excellence.
- Manipular responsablemente el manejo del dinero en efectivo. Contar el dinero en efectivo diariamente
- Apegarse a los procedimientos de seguridad y prevención de pérdidas del Punto de Venta o Boutique
- Hacer controles de inventario regularmente, así como verificar aleatoriamente las existencias
- Conocer los Indicadores de desempeño (KPI’s) de la Boutique y contribuir a su logro
- Manejo apropiado de todas las demandas de los clientes y búsqueda de soluciones
- Ser responsables de conocer todas las categorías de productos y las fichas técnicas de cada uno de éstos.
- Ser responsables de conocer todo lo relacionado a los lanzamientos de productos: fechas, fichas técnicas, visuales a utilizar para exhibición, etc.
- Hacerse cargo de la correcta visibilidad de productos y colocar los visuales adecuados para cada pieza
- Comunicarse de forma clara y constructiva
- Proporcionar información de todos los reportes requeridos y contribuir a su llenado
- Proporcionar información para la base de datos de clientes
- Garantizar el proceso correcto de las actividades de CRM (captura y solicitud de datos de los clientes)
- Contribuir en el proceso de facturación (para las boutiques Palacio de Hierro) en ausencia del Director o Sub-director de Boutique.
