**Acerca del puesto**
Asegurar la ejecución exitosa del proyecto “**Ser digital con seguridad**”, a través del cual ChildFund México y sus aliados estratégicos, UNICEF y un socio local (Saucitlán en la Mixteca oaxaqueña) desarrollarán en las y los participantes las competencias requeridas para incorporarse en actividades para el empleo o autoempleo, capacitando a adolescentes y jóvenes de 12 a 20 años de edad de comunidades identificadas como prioritarias, en habilidades tecnológicas, digitales y seguridad en línea, a través de un equipo profesional capacitado para la implementación del proyecto.

**Experiência y Educación Requeridas**
- Estudios superiores en los campos de educación, pedagogía, o ciencias sociales.
- Tener experiência de 2 años o más como líder, coordinador/a de proyectos educativos o relacionados con niniñez y adolescencia de preferencia con organizaciones de desarrollo internacional.
- Dominio comprobado de herramientas de planificación, evaluación y del Ciclo de Proyectos.

**Responsabilidades Principales**
- Ser responsable de la implementación de actividades programadas dentro del proyecto para que se lleven a cabo en tiempo e identificar los puntos críticos para su resolución.
- Administrar recursos financieros de acuerdo con el presupuesto y cronograma del proyecto.
- Promover y ajustar la intervención y los contenidos de manera participativa e inclusiva, buscando la calidad y pertinencia estratégica, necesaria en las actividades planificadas para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Diseñar y mantener una estrategia de monitoreo y evaluación del proyecto: convocatoria dirigida a participantes, registro de participantes, evaluación pre y post, análisis de resultados, visitas a campo, etc., para asegurar el cumplimiento de metas del proyecto.
- Coordinar y liderar equipo de facilitadoras/es en campo, responsable de la implementación de sesiones con adolescentes y jóvenes.
- Preparar la información necesaria y asistir a las reuniones calendarizadas para revisión de avances y rendición de cuentas del proyecto, con la gerente de programas de ChildFund México y con el donante.
- Elaborar y presentar informes financieros y narrativos trimestrales para el donante.
- Documentar y sistematizar el proyecto.
- Establecer vinculación con diferentes instituciones relevantes para asegurar la calidad y alcance del proyecto.
- Asegurar la capacitación a coordinadores de campo para la implementación de los programas estipulados dentro del proyecto **“Ser digital con seguridad”.**:

- Monitorear y dar seguimiento ante cualquier riesgo de salvaguarda infantil, tener conocimientos y habilidades relevantes que le permitan promover prácticas de salvaguarda infantil más sólidas, comprender la política y procedimientos de salvaguarda infantil y actuar con apegado consistente a la Política de Salvaguarda Infantil.
