**Asistente II - Fiduciario (Abierto)**

**Contaremos contigo para las siguientes responsabilidades**:
- Facilita las interacciones con los mercados de forma regular para asegurar el cobro de los saldos fiduciarios pendientes.
- Facilita el procesamiento de efectivo personal y los objetivos fiduciarios, incluido el uso de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para facilitar la elaboración de informes desde el panel de control de CSS y otras herramientas del sistema.
- Facilita los procesos para garantizar que todas las actividades con límite de tiempo se aborden dentro de los parámetros definidos; seguimiento de los mercados para el pago y la codificación adecuada de los saldos pendientes para aumentar la eficiencia.
- Trabaja junto a los Asociados del equipo de Clientes de Mercados Fiduciarios y/o de Exceso de Pérdidas (EE.UU.) para ayudar (según se requiera) en el cobro de los fondos.
- Se reúne con los equipos de clientes a intervalos regulares para revisar y asignar los saldos.
- Proporciona aportaciones para la evolución del modelo operativo en todos los níveles de la organización para promover nuevas ideas de mejora de procesos aprovechando las soluciones tecnológicas.
- Promueve las relaciones con los corredores, los clientes y los mercados para comprender las cuestiones, resolver los problemas y las consultas y revisar las prácticas de trabajo.
- Facilita las reuniones y actividades del equipo para fomentar el intercambio de opiniones, ideas, conocimientos y soluciones y busca oportunidades para aumentar su propia comprensión para mejorar los servicios prestados.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en áreas Económicas
- Administrativas
- 1 a 2 años de experiência en puestos similares
- Nível de inglés avanzado conversacional
- Conocimiento del paquete Office: Excel (manejo de bases de datos, tablas dinámicas), PowerPoint (presentaciones ejecutivas) y Word.
