Enterprise Architect Manager

Location: Mexico City

The person in this position will responds to disruptive forces by helping business leaders and IT Leaders facilitate the decision-making process and providing actionable recommendations on initiatives and policies to help the organization drive targeted business outcomes through technology - working in conjunction with functional architects. He or she is responsible for helping business leaders enable their future-state business capabilities that, in turn, drive the organization’s targeted business outcomes through the choice of initiatives the organization chooses to invest in.

How You Will Make a Difference
- Key responsibilities_
- Develop and maintain the Master Plan (aka City Plan) including strategic architecture roadmaps for the organization - aligned to business strategy, goals and imperatives.
- Provide leadership to deliver solution architectures and designs to determine the adequacy and ensure alignment across ITCI objectives.
- Accountable for successful implementations of solution architectures.
- Understand technical trends, competitive dynamics, company capabilities and partner demands, while understanding ongoing information security requirements resulting from the evolution of the company’s products and services, as well as the regulatory, technical and risk environments.
- Understand Architecture design principles, by combining contextual, conceptual, and logical levels of thinking.
- Provides architectural strategic guidance, and support for the cross functional architecture community.
- Understands disruptive forces and the business’s economic and financial levers that are susceptible to digital transformation to effectively guide ITCI technology investment decisions.
- Collaborating with project teams and business users to create architecture artifacts (for- example, logical, conceptual, physical) to guide detailed design and contributing to the
- development of the architecture strategy and technology direction by providing domain
- knowledge on solutions and technology.

Skills For Success
- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
- Experience:

- A minimum of 7 years in information technology architecture or design.
- 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience and/or leading Architecture teams in an Agile development environment
- TOGAF expertise- Language ADVANCED ENGLISH
