**Responsibilities**:
- Event Planning and Logistics:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event services and supplies.
- Oversee event logistics, including catering, transportation, accommodation, and audio-visual arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations for each event.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Track expenses and reconcile invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Suggest cost-saving measures without compromising event quality.
*Attendee Management:
- Coordinate event registrations, ticketing, and guest lists.
Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and registration process on the event day.
- On-site Event Management: Oversee event set-up and tear-down, ensuring everything runs as planned.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, guests, and internal staff during the event.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and make real-time adjustments to ensure a successful event.

How to apply?
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Coordinator or in a similar event management role.
