**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
This Position has the responsibility to provide full operational and logistics services to the team in Mexico, and work closely with the assigned Operations Team**.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**- **Leading the execution of Logistics Service Providers (LSP) Relationship Management to deliver best possible value and performance for deliveries to customers and collections from consignees

**- **Third-party management control for Import and Export and Logistics.

**- **Follow and Management Import and Export process

**- **Knowledge Trade Process / Customer Service / Transportation

**- **KPIs Control (Trade and SLA)

**- **Prompt execute collections and deliveries according to the needs and plans (Local and Export/Import).

**- **Keep planning controls of deliveries and collections update

**- **Maintain SAP entries, related to customers and consignee operations and inventories, accurate.

**- **To ensure that LSP relationships are set up for future continuous improvement and to lead review processes which ensures delivery of on-going improvement.

**- **Be constantly apprised of economic and business situations as they affect procurement policies and strategies.

**- **Assist on ad-hoc reporting matters or any other assigned task.

**- **Work closely with freight forwarders and steamship lines to ensure on-time scheduling and pick up of container imports and exports

**- **Create import/export documentation as needed

**- **Schedule truckload and LTL shipments as needed to support Mexico logistics operation.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**- **Degree holders with minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on working experience related to Import & Export, Logistics & SCM

**- **Excellent analytical & communication skills in leading efforts towards achieving set objectives

**- **Fluent English, spoke and written

**- **Able to execute cross functional team activities to accomplish logistics excellence

**- **Strong cultural awareness with business acumen to work with people in various regions & countries

**- **Good knowledge and proficient in SAP is preferred

**- **Committed, proactive and willingness to learn

**- **Good interpersonal and communication skills

**- **Able to meet deadlines consistently and work with mínimal supervision

**- **Comfortable working in a changing, dynamic environment

**- **Good knowledge in Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

**- **Experience with customer service / Transportation activities / Import and Export

**- **Previous freight forwarder or ocean line experience is a plus
