Our customer has been in business since 1981, providing services to the San Francisco Bay Area. Offering traditional landscape services, such as mowing, edging, trimming and watering, and also provide sustainable irrigation installation and maintenance, insect and pest control, exterior building maintenance and construction, as well as seasonal color changes.

**We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that would help with the following responsibilities**:

- Document Field Area Manager's Schedules every morning and send “End-of-day” schedule follow up
- Entering, reviewing and closing Work Orders into our system
- Assist our CS team with translating (as some of our field crew members do not speak English).

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate Excel, experience with pivot tables.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Tech Savvy
- High school diploma.
