**Las responsabilidades y deberes del cargo pueden incluir, entre otras, las siguientes labores**:

- Proponer iniciativas en Seguridad, Calidad, Velocidad y Costo para productos de Nuevo Laredo.
- Análisis de fallas en maquinaria, mejorar la eficiencia del proceso, recolección de datos y análisis de información.
- Seguimiento a las oportunidades de seguridad para reducción de riesgos, trabajar en equipo y con otros departamentos de servicios.
- Monitorear y realizar cambios de Layouts, así como el desarrollo de talleres de mejora rápida y uso de la metodología de SLP.

**REQUERIMIENTOS INDISPENSABLES**:

- Profesionista**:Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica, afín**
- Inglés 25% (escrito, leído y hablado)
- 0-2 años de experiência en Manufactura
- Conocimientos y manejo **de software de diseño (AutoCAD, SolidWorks),**
- Conocimientos intermedio/avanzado en manejo de MS Office (Power Point, Excel, word)
- Trabajo en Equipo.
- Proactivo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en fines de semana y diferentes turnos.

**REQUERIMIENTOS DESEABLES**:

- Green Belt Certificado
- Conocimientos y manejo **de lenguajes de programación (Lenguaje C, LabVIEW)**
- Uso de Minitab
- Conocimiento de la metología 6 Sigma
- Disponibilidad para viajar / Visa.
