Come connect to your future.** CommScope has an open position for a Manufacturing Operations Manager secound shift, Tijuana, Mexico**.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World
- Manage the production operations function for 2nd Shift operation. Align capacities, capabilities, and proficiencies based on product offering and demand.
- Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
- Develops and coordinates schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
- Manages supervisors and/or individual contributors who perform similar roles. Provides guidance to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems within the latitude of established company policies.
- Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
- Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for acquiring solutions.
- Supervisor and coordinate the operational activities and resources within the assigned product area ensuring optimum efficiency and maximum profitability.
- Coordinate capacity, technical support and facility alignment to support product - introductions, transitions, discontinuance, and constraints.
- Ensure that lean manufacturing practices are applied and maintained within assigned product area.
- Reduce errors and customer returns through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Reduce/Control Inventory levels while not compromising customer deliveries.
- Lead continuous improvement and profitability growth initiatives.
- Function as co-project leader on all engineering projects from assigned areas.
- Ensure that team members are trained and demonstrate continuous improvement to avoid product defects.
- Has financial impact only within the scope of immediate activities.
- Accountable for results in terms of costs, inventory, strategies, and employees.
- Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Experience 6-9 years of related experience (2 years in leadership)
- Proven experience of 7 years in manufacturing and operations
- MS in administration (preferred)
- Proficient in English Language (written and spoken).
- MS Office
- SAP (preferably)
