We're looking for someone who leads and drives accountability for retail channel strategy and P&L across Mexico market, accountable for building and achieving the AFP (Annual Financial Plan). Includes identification of opportunities, leveraging Regional/Global knowledge and resources to achieve short and long term retail operations objectives of the affiliate. Leads Partner Mgmt strategy and related financial and organization capability work, provide thought leadership and ensure consistent delivery across the quality of retail via Operations, Brand Experience, Merchandising, Training, Key Account Mgmt etc., lead and set performance standards for execution, process and systems, results - P&L (Units, margins, revenue) B/S, and other retail KPI’s, quality of Retail - retail productivity, retail profitability, customer service goals and overall consumer experience.

About the job.- Manage DMs (District Managers) to execute retail initiatives at store levels to achieve sales target, and lead assigned stores to profitable growth, and build brand equity through the delivery of an exceptional buying experience- Develop/coach team in stores and offices to ensure all aspects of the operating model, customer services standards, and brand presentation are implemented, and performance goals are met or exceeded.- Ensure proper control of company assets, inventory, and merchandise.- Develop profitable sales channel structure & assess if current setup is correct or changes are required.- Plan store opening or expansion, relocation or renovation, development, and propose accordingly. Expected: certain level of expertise dealing with Landlords at national scale in order to find suitable opportunities in market, according to strategic growth plans as set by organization.- Maintain mutually beneficial and profitable relationship with retail partners both internally and externally.- Execute OLS sell-in processes(booking/reorder) resulting in achievement of revenue, margin and brand presentation targets.- Provide direction and partnership to achieve targeted key store productivity and
- profitability.- Develop/coach team in stores and offices to ensure all aspects of the operating model,- Understand apparel industry and cadence as well as key commercial dates and initiatives to drive growth, profitability and achieve Cluster/Country objectives.- Act as a key liaison within the organization to follow up all commercial initiatives related to Retail channel, including but not limited to: commercial cadence, product launches, seasonal commercial activity, promotional calendar, key commercial or peak seasons, inventory management and others.- Develop, attract and retain a high performing team. Work closely with Human Resources and talent management teams to create clear career development paths for retail staff (field & office).- Foster teamwork and creative culture. Become a &Co Expectations champion.- Lead initiatives to permanently elevate and enrich the consumer journey in a relevant way for the market and the brand.- Guarantee the highest standards in terms of operational excellence, attention to detail and attainment of commercial/financial objectives always in line with Corporate & brand objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION- BA / BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Planning, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Fashion Design or similar.- Masters’ Degree (MBA - desirable)- 8yrs minimum of working experience in similar jobs, Apparel Industry desirable but not mandatory- English proficiency is a must
