**Job Summary**:
As the Digital Asset and Marketing Operations Coordinator at Altair, you will play an important role on Altair’s marketing team by enhancing and managing our digital asset ecosystem. You will be responsible for overseeing our digital assets—ranging from images and videos to whitepapers and solution flyers and more—ensuring these resources are well organized, easily accessible, and effectively utilized. By integrating Digital Asset Management (DAM) technology into our marketing processes, you will establish and enforce technology standards and ensure teams have instant access to the latest assets needed to execute campaigns.
As part of the solutions marketing team at Altair, the Digital Asset and Marketing Operations Coordinator will play an essential role in telling Altair’s technology story, ensuring our most compelling collateral is organized, accessible and highly visible to our internal and external audiences alike.
**What You Will Do**:
- Develop and maintain a global, comprehensive strategy for the digital asset management system (DAM) to ensure optimal organization, storage, retrieval, and utilization of multimedia content.
- Implement and manage the DAM system, ensuring it meets the needs of various stakeholders within the marketing department and aligns with our broader business objectives.
- Oversee the ingestion, tagging, categorization, metadata, and archiving of digital assets.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their digital asset needs and provide training on how to use the DAM system effectively.
- Establish and maintain clear processes for digital asset requests, withdrawals, and usage tracking to optimize the lifecycle of each asset.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the DAM system and make data-driven recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to digital asset creation, storage, and management.

**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Architecture, Library Sciences, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing working with DAM tools (Digital Asset Management)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office
- Structured and precise way of working
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong ability to work in a team
**Preferred**:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project coordination skills, capable of working cross-functionally and with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with marketing technology stack including the following or similar tools: Canto, Wrike, Canva, HubSpot
- Experience with integrating technology systems for cohesive workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
