Registrar y calcular las percepciones de nómina como Bonos, descuentos por reposición de material, horas omitidas, Préstamos de Infonavit, Préstamos de Fonacot.
- Conoce y domina la administración del proceso de pago de los créditos Fonacot.
- Prepara los kits de tarjetas de débito y el layout que se envía al banco para activación.
- Coordina actividades para obtener las tarjetas de débito con el banco autorizado y participa en el proceso de inducción para entregar las tarjetas de débito a los nuevos empleados.
- Coordina actividades para obtener los recursos del fondo de ahorro de los empleados, genera reportes, reporta la inversión y mantiene el sistema al día.
- Genera los reportes semanales de productividad.
- Lleva a cabo el proceso de Timbrado cada semana para cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales.
- Calcula el pago a seguro social y atiende las observaciones hechas por el despacho externo.
- Prepara y calcula la información para presentar los salarios cada bimestre al seguro social.
- Aplica el proceso de retenciones de infonavit y los ajusta cada dos meses para devolver o cargar a los empleados los montos en exceso.
- Elabora nominas especiales para calcular prima de antigüedad e indemnización para terminaciones de empleados requeridos por RH.
