**About the Role**: As a Revenue Cycle Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the BPO Operations. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate account resolution and reconciliation of outstanding balances for external customers' patient accounts. You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment to provide exceptional service and add value to both internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform revenue cycle functions to meet or exceed key performance metrics.
- Collect and analyze patient and payer information to facilitate account resolution.
- Manage inquiries through written and electronic correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve outstanding accounts while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain high standards of ethical and moral conduct in all interactions.
