**¿Qué harás?**

Ofertar las soluciones, productos y servicios de Johnson Controls a nível gerencial, dirección e incluso propietarios, proporcionando soluciones integrales del portafolio de Johnson Controls (HVAC) Atiende cuentas existentes, así mismo hacer crecer la base actual de cuentas con prospección del mercado y expansión de territorio.

**¿Cómo lo harás?**
- Desarrollar y prospectar clientes y contratistas del Mercado de HVAC.
- Cotizar Soluciones integrales de sistemas, equipos y componentes de la gama de productos de la empresa a usuarios finales del sector corporativo e industrial.
- Gestionar información documental para licitaciones de Concursos.
- Cotizar Equipos y Proyectos Integrales con ejecución de obra.
- Realizar de manera disciplinada la prospección mensual de ventas
- Atender y dar seguimiento a las órdenes generadas por los clientes.
- Mantener la base de clientes actual.
- Cubrir al 100% su plan de ventas.
- Alta disciplina para registros de oportunidades y seguimiento -via SalesForce.
- Cumplir al 100% con las normas y procedimientos de JCI.
- Elaboración de propuestas básicas, cotizaciones, selecciones de equipos, e integración de sistemas.
- Manejo de Cuentas - Account Management

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Título Universitario (Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecánica, Industrial o a fin)
- Alta habilidad y gusto por las ventas
- Excelente facilidad de palabra y Excelente comunicación
- 3- 4 años de experiência (mínimo) En HVAC (Obligatorio)
- Alto enfoque a resultados
- Asegura el cumplimiento y aplicación de las normas de seguridad en las actividades realizadas
- Proactivo
- Ingles intermedio-avanzado
