We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Campaign Operation Analyst

Principal responsibilities:

- Responsible of cover sourcing of data and building structured databases, designing data marts generating Business Insights. Key responsibilities also include but not limited to: creation and continuous update of these datasets, to support analysis, direct marketing campaigns and reporting, identify opportunities for data monetization, leverage BI and Visualization tools to deliver key business insights and develop self-serve BI solutions to empower the business to make informed decisions. The team members embed agile delivery methodologies to continuously keep refining the data models using new and emerging techniques. This team also acts as a bridge between IT (information Technologies) and the business stakeholders.
- Understand, maintain, and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows and system processes. Engage with stakeholders to understand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) current necessities or pain points and gather business requirements to solve them.
- Maintain cross-channel lifecycle campaigns / journeys and perform on-going Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaign.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Create and maintain metrics reports of effectiveness and business impact of the campaigns executed.
- The role holder will be expected to be responsible for thorough Quality Check (QC) of their own deliverables, and follow the departmental QC procedures as laid down by their line managers (PROCESS)
- To be able to work on well-defined processes or with close supervision.
- Interfaces with business/functions to translate business requirements into executable instructions/technical.
- Participate in the technical/functional sessions and ensures project results delivered on a timely manner.
- Willingness to execute codes and learn from them through trial error.
- Diagnoses underlying problems related to integrity of information deliverables. Consults with functional manager, business unit personnel, systems analysts and other end-users on issues impacting the project timelines and deliverables
- The role holder shall be expected to solve simple technical/business problems on his/her own without involving his/her line manager.
- Works smoothly within the team and supports other co-workers.
- Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners
- In this role, the job holder will be under the full supervision and will undergo on the job training, however it is vital that the person in this role is able to learn new tasks very quickly.
- Adherence to Standard Procedures & Governance practices.

Requirements

Qualification
- Advanced English language skills.
- At least 2 years of experience, it can come from a computer science, information systems, systems engineering or other engineering specialization
- Strong knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as SQL, databases (not excel), SAS, Unix, VBA, Qlik, R, Python and any other BI tools & Campaign Manager tools across any of the platforms UNIX, mainframe or Windows. (strong technical skills)
- Knowledge of Data Modelling and or exposure to Data Quality assessment and control (IBM MDM, Reference Data Management)
- BI and BA tools as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik (Desirable)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as PEGA, Salesforce to be added here. Knowledge of terminology such as Campaign manager & Decision engine
- Exposure to advanced technologies like Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Big data, Hadoop, Data lake, etc.
- Experience working with large datasets to target segmented audiences, SQL & SAS experience is a must.
- Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
- Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager including onshore business partners. Effective bilingual communication with the LOB
