We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **CI Six Sigma Coordinator**, based in **CC30, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.**_ _(E-Systems Division).

As CI Six Sigma Coordinator will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to _Continuous Improvement Regional Manager _.

**Your tasks will be**:

- CI Regional Scorecard responsible to update on weekly basis and improve the utilization in case that is required.
- Ready to support Wiring plants with easy reports related to improve the KPIs of the plants.
- Provide support to the plants with CISBOX, LIPT, Best Practices, OEA-B assessment, OIP, MOS 3.0, LPBS, Timer Pro.
- Available to visit local plants to help on systems implementation or support on delays on some CI activity as a Take time for a Kaizen, Visual Management activities, implement data base or macros, etc.
- Six sigma support to the plants with quality issues that require statistic aplictation to find the route cause.
- Train and follow up to six sigma projects from employees pending to be certified as Green Belt.

**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree on industrial engineering business management or any related field
- 1 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry.
- Black belt certificate by an institution or academy **(essential)**:

- Problem solving skills.
- Leadership.
- Proficient at communication skills.
- English Advanced level **(85% essential)**
