**Your future team**
At Premier Tech Systems and Automation, we enhance our clients’ manufacturing facility efficiency by integrating innovative and high-value systems leveraging the full potential of robotics. We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world — whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products.
**Your future role**
- Provide detailed online walkthroughs and assist clients with their portal onboarding
- Clearly communicate login instructions with customers and key stakeholders
- Explain the platform features and benefits to the clients and support them if they encounter any difficulties
- Record customer needs, requests, and inquiries in Salesforce and communicate them to key team members
- Leverage feedback for continuous improvement of the onboarding process
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives
- Listen carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper use of the platform
- Ensure the customer data and documentation is up to date
- Maintain good relations with clients
**Required skills**
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, management, sales or any other related field
- At least two to three years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Client-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with a computer — especially a CRM
- Proficiency in English — a second language will be considered an asset
