**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Objective: Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives. Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.Main Tasks:Responsible for implementing on time and quality engineering changes on existing products and participates in the transfer of new products. Ensuring requirements planning, materials and necessary tool.Participate in projects and implement improvements in the process. Medium Low to high complexity tasks. Increase work relation with others position and areas.Participate and implements engineering changes in the system, communicating on time to relates areas. Ensures parts to be manufactured are producible. Support to first articles delivered from engineering changes and / or transfers (RCCA, Red lines, Rework’s, Visual Aids, BOM, Work instructions, etc.)Requirements:
- Professional degree: Electrical Eng., Mechatronic Eng., Aerospace Eng., or related.At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes working with electrical harness (desirable)-Drawing reading and interpretation.*English spoken and written 80%-Available to Support second shift-Available to travel. US Visa.

- Knowledge: -CATIA V5, Auto Cad, design software, etc.Lean tools and Six Sigma.Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams
