**Descripción del puesto**:
Se requiere tu valiosa aportación como líder de soporte AMS para EU, con conocimiento del proceso de escalamiento para la gestión de incidentes y problemas, mesa de ayuda, gestión de casos así como de procesos de negocio crítico.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura (preferible).
- +7 años en roles de soporte TI.
- +4 años en roles relacionados con AMS.

**Responsabilidades principales**:

- Garantizar las operaciones óptimas de aplicaciones clave en la región para apoyar la continuidad operativa y del negocio.
- Identificar, priorizar y gestionar iniciativas AMS locales y globales en función de las prioridades y requerimientos del negocio.
- Asegurar que se sigan los procesos M2S y que el soporte posterior sea adecuado.
- Reunirse periódicamente y recopilar la retroalimentación de los líderes regionales.
- Proporcionar garantía de calidad de soporte AMS, a través de KPI, SLA y otras métricas.

Salario: $12,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes

- Turno de 8 horas
