Buscamos un Chief of Staff que sea un líder multifacético y estratégico que aporte una perspectiva holística y una ejecución efectiva a la toma de decisiones y al funcionamiento general de la organización.
**Funciones**:
- Asesoría Estratégica: Brindar asesoramiento estratégico al CEO, proporcionando información relevante y análisis detallados sobre los temas clave que afectan a la organización.
- Coordinación Ejecutiva: Coordinar las actividades y reuniones de la alta dirección, asegurando que los diferentes departamentos trabajen de manera armoniosa y eficiente hacia los objetivos establecidos.
- Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar y coordinar proyectos especiales o iniciativas estratégicas en nombre del CEO. Es responsable de asegurar que los proyectos se ejecuten dentro de los plazos establecidos y que se alcancen los resultados esperados.
- Comunicación: Desempeñar un papel clave en la gestión de la comunicación interna y externa de la organización. Trabajar estrechamente con el departamento de comunicación para garantizar un flujo de información claro y efectivo tanto dentro como fuera de la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Planificación Estratégica: Participar activamente en la planificación estratégica de la organización, colaborando estrechamente con el CEO y otros líderes para desarrollar metas y objetivos claros. Ayudar a establecer prioridades y a alinear los recursos de la empresa para lograr resultados exitosos.
- Análisis y Evaluación: Realizar análisis exhaustivos de datos, realizar investigaciones y evalúar el rendimiento de la organización en función de métricas clave. Proporcionar informes y recomendaciones al CEO y a la alta dirección para respaldar la toma de decisiones informadas.
- Gestión del Talento: Participar en la gestión del talento y el desarrollo de liderazgo dentro de la organización. Participar en la selección y contratación de altos ejecutivos, así como en la identificación y desarrollo de empleados con potencial de liderazgo.
- Resolución de Problemas: Se enfrentará a desafíos y problemas complejos en el entorno empresarial. Utilizar su experiência y conocimiento para identificar soluciones efectivas y tomar medidas adecuadas para abordarlos.
**Actividades**:
- Agenda y Gestión del Tiempo: Ayudar a administrar la agenda del CEO, programando reuniones, citas y eventos importantes. Asegurar que el tiempo del CEO se utilice de manera efectiva y eficiente.
- Preparación y Seguimiento de Reuniones: Preparar documentos, informes y presentaciones para las reuniones de la alta dirección. Participar activamente en las reuniones, tomar notas y realizar un seguimiento de las acciones y los compromisos adquiridos.
- Investigación y Análisis: Llevar a cabo investigaciones exhaustivas sobre temas estratégicos, competidores, tendencias del mercado y otros factores relevantes para la organización. Realizar análisis y presentar informes al CEO para respaldar la toma de decisiones.
- Representación del CEO: Puede representar al CEO en reuniones, eventos y presentaciones cuando sea necesario. Es un embajador de la organización y comunica eficazmente la visión y los objetivos de la empresa.
