**IT Contracts Analyst**

**You Are**:
**The Opportunity**:

- Proactively provide daily operational support in managing stakeholders, while tracking all software license, subscription, and maintenance renewals ensuring renewals are completed on time
- Support existing processes and mechanisms to track all consulting engagements to ensure resources are working within contracted dates and budgeted amounts
- Partnering with Procurement and Legal to track all requested department activities and ensure contracts and SOWs are properly reviewed, tracked, and prioritized against approved initiatives
- Review all IT funding requests and communicate status to requestors Review all Gate 1 and Gate 2 IT Demand requests, track and communicate status in support of the IT Portfolio Management process.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- 5+ years of Information Technology experience that include IT purchasing and/or IT Contract Management
- Combination of conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Experience understanding pricing and terms for Information Technology products, including software licensing, software maintenance, hardware, telecom services, hosted technology services, consulting, and temporary labor
- Strong Excel skills to build structured data sets, leverage pivot tables to analyze data
- Working knowledge of SAP ARIBA AA or BS in Computer/Management Information Services or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
