**CUSTOMER SUCCESS (ASSISTANT OPERATOR)**
Buscamos integrar a nuestro equipo de customer success a una persona honesta, proactiva, con facilidad de palabra y capacidad de negociación para llevar a cabo las responsabilidades de assistant operator, dando lo mejor de sí para contribuir a ese valor agregado de Boletia, llevando a cabo un servicio personalizado de calidad en todos los procesos relacionados directamente con el organizador, satisfaciendo las necesidades y superando las expectativas de los servicios contribuyendo a la retención de la misma, así como la mejora constante del área y procesos, obteniendo un NPS positivo de acuerdo a las metas del negocio.
**Tú día a día**:
- Atención y solución de incidencias a través de tickets internos
- Manejo y resguardo de caja chica para taquillas
- Recepción de material y almacenamiento
- Control de inventarios de equipos (entradas, salidas, etc.)
- Embalaje y despacho
- Asistir a eventos dentro y fuera de la Ciudad de México para mantenimiento de equipos
- Contacto con proveedores ( seguimientos y/o negociaciones)
- Apoyo y seguimiento en proyectos internos en el área y con diferentes áreas a nível empresa
- Seguimiento a solicitudes de servicios adicionales, como: Puntos de venta, Paquetería, incidencias, etc..
- Operación de formularios de solicitudes internas (mejoras continuas, creación e implementación)
- Reportes mensuales y anuales con objetivos de impacto en la estrategia de objetivos del área y de empresa
- Realizar guardias para dar soporte ante cualquier incidencia
- Documentación de procesos
- Escalar cualquier requerimiento, incidencia o proceso

**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Escolaridad: Preparatoria o Licenciatura
- Experiência: Mínimo 1.5 años en atención al cliente B2B ( también se considera experiência en soporte)
- Indispensable: Disponibilidad de horario, para viajar ocasionalmente y/o rolar turnos (excluyente)
- Entendimiento del funcionamiento de CRM Zendesk o HubSpot (necesario)
