Aivo-Engageware is seeking a talented and customer-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our AI-powered conversational platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plays a strategic role in understanding customer needs and facilitating a smooth transition, without being directly involved in the execution.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to measure progress, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
  • Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve customer experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Fluency in English.

The role is 100% remote located in CDMX, with the possibility of in-person meetings as needed to support clients and team members. This position will be filled with a contractor.
