**Contribuciones del área del ejecutivo**:

- Participar en la definición de la estrategia comercial y de negociación para Coalición, incluyendo la definición de categorías y marcas a traer al Ecosistema;
- Negociar términos comerciales y contractuales con los aliados de acuerdo con los objetivos y prioridades del negocio;
- Dar seguimiento y apoyar al aliado en el proceso de onboarding, en colaboración con el equipo de Operaciones, Data y Tecnología.
- Monitorear la performance de los aliados durante el primer mes de lanzamiento, asegurando una relación exitosa y a largo plazo con la Coalición.
- Colaborar proactivamente con las diferentes áreas de Coalición en el cumplimiento de las metas y objetivos del negocio: Finanzas, Marketing, Legal, Desarrollo y Producto principalmente.
- Asegurar una experiência óptima del aliado a lo largo de todo el proceso de negociación;
- Identificar constantemente oportunidades de expansión del programa, de acuerdo con las tendencias del mercado.

**Decisiones Relevantes del Puesto**:
Definir qué aliados traer a la Coalición en base al User Target y los requerimientos del negocio;
Priorizar las tareas del día a día en base a las negociaciones que estén activas y a la relevancia de los aliados;
Levantar internamente en tiempo y forma los issues o trabas que puedan surgir de las negociaciones;
Ser los líderes de las negociaciones y de todo el proceso de onboarding con los aliados; asegurar un correcto Partner Experience
- Orquestar el trabajo de las diferentes áreas involucradas en el proyecto (Legal, Finance, Product, Ops, Marketing, Growth, Tech)
