UU.) y Austria. Administre y supervise de manera experta el departamento de Contabilidad y Finanzas de KTM México realizando las siguientes actividades.

**DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES**
- Administra las operaciones diarias, supervisando el equipo de profesionales de finanzas y contabilidad. Coopera estrechamente con el director general y el equipo de liderazgo de KTM México, así como con KTM Norteamérica (CFO, Contralor y director de Planificación y Análisis Financiero) y las contrapartes de KTM Austria.
- Presenta recomendaciones a la gerencia de KTM México sobre objetivos y políticas financieras de corto y largo plazo.
- Facilita y supervisa los calendarios contables de cierre de mes, trimestre y fin de año y asegura cierres oportunos y precisos.
- Supervisa la preparación de informes de actividad empresarial, previsiones financieras, previsiones de flujo de caja y presupuestos anuales.
- Supervisa la producción de informes financieros periódicos; asegura que los resultados informados cumplan con los principios de contabilidad generalmente aceptados y las normas de información financiera. Apoya estudio de Precios de Transferencia.
- Responsable de la planificación y presentación de impuestos durante todo el año fiscal; presenta la declaración anual del impuesto de sociedades y garantiza el cumplimiento de las normas fiscales locales.
- Implementa y mantiene controles internos para garantizar el cumplimiento de las reglamentaciones estatales y federales; coordinar con los auditores externos y proporcionar información para la auditoría externa anual.
- Elaboración y presentación de Declaración Informativa DIM.
- Proporciona análisis financiero con énfasis en inversiones de capital, decisiones de fijación de precios y negociaciones de contratos.
- Garantiza el cumplimiento de los requisitos del gobierno local, estatal y federal, así como de los estándares globales de KTM.
- Gestiona y garantiza el cumplimiento de las normas de nómina locales y nacionales en colaboración con los departamentos de recursos humanos y nómina de KTM North América.
- Apoya las operaciones de la empresa mediante el mantenimiento de los sistemas de oficina y la supervisión del personal.
- Mantiene la eficiencia de la oficina mediante la planificación e implementación de sistemas de oficina, diseños y adquisición de equipos.
- Administra las funciones de cuentas por cobrar y por pagar para garantizar la precisión y la eficiencia y maximizar el flujo de efectivo. Realiza otras tareas relacionadas según sea necesario o asignado.

**Responsabilidades de supervisión**:

- Administrar un equipo de 3-4 profesionales cubriendo: Cuentas por Cobrar, Cuentas por Pagar, Tesorería local, Facturación, Crédito y Cobranza, Impuestos.
- Reclutar y contratar personal contable y financiero y realizar evaluaciones de desempeño.
- Coordinar programas de capacitación para el personal nuevo e identificar los requisitos de capacitación para el personal actual.

**Habilidades/destrezas requeridas**:

- Habilidades comprobadas de gestión y supervisión.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés y español.
- Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Competente en software de contabilidad y preparación de impuestos, NIF e IFRS.
- Compétente en Microsoft Office Suite, ERP (SAP).

**Educación y experiência**:

- Se requiere una licenciatura en Contabilidad o Administración de Empresas.
- Se requieren cuatro años o más de experiência relacionada.
- Se prefiere la designación de Contador Público Certificado.
