**Descripción y Requisitos**
- The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Juarez office. This _
- includes_
- : training and developing employees, handling customer complaints in a timely manner, and monitoring key performance indicators to maximize returns._

JOB RESPONSABILITIES- _
Regularly identify resources and training needs for employees _
- _Ensure all employees receive mandatory departmental training within scheduled timeframes as per training log._
- _ Ensure periodic (minimum yearly) Employee Performance Evaluations are prepared and presented to employees _
- _Ensure that any corrective/preventive actions are fully implemented_
- _ Meet with employees in a regular basis (weekly or at least monthly) to communicate regarding resource needs, training needs, continuous improvement, meeting customers’ requirements, work environment, errors and complaints, Quality objectives, department general issues, and needs._
- _ Make sure company Quality Policy, Mission and Vision are taken into consideration during all decisions, improvements, established Objectives, and Golden Rules._
- _ Ensure department risks are identified and documented using Risk Analysis tool. _
- _Make sure complaints, internal errors and risks are accounted for, documented, and resolved in a timely manner._
- _ Improve procedures, internal controls, and services to generate cost savings, reduce errors, and increase customer satisfaction. _
- _Report KPI’s to General Management when requested_
- _ Supervises the operation of the department which includes billing and entry summaries._
- _ Generates reports and coordinates work activities as needed._
- _ Serves as a consultant for customers and industry partners as needed._
- _ Ensure that office is properly staff and work is evenly distributed among all employees._
- _ Provides recommendation on FDA and USDA compliance._
- _ Follow internal procedures, policies, and safety principles_
- _ Other duties as assigned_
- OFFICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:_
- _Report system abnormalities_
- _ Timely notify when a customer complaint needs escalation_
- _ Maintain ACE suite database up to date_
- _ Audit internal processes and entries in accordance with CBP guidelines_
- _ Supervise daily employee performance_
- _ Supervise, billing estimates and invoices_
- _ Maintain and organizes designated work area and equipment_
- _ Monitor governmental sources for any changes or updates to laws and regulations_
