**Role**:
This role involves managing cloud-based infrastructures, implementing continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

You will collaborate closely with development teams to foster a culture of innovation and to maintain the highest standards of security and privacy essential in the healthcare sector.

- **Automating and Optimizing Processes**: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
- **Tool and Technology Evaluation**: Research, recommend, and implement tools and technologies to improve the reliability, efficiency, and quality of the development and deployment processes.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with software development and QA teams to ensure a seamless and rapid flow of changes into production, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Performance Optimization**: Continuously assess system performance, implement optimizations, and scale resources to meet demand while effectively managing costs.

- **Expertise**: 6+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
- **Proficiency in Automation Tools**: Knowledge of automation software (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to automate the software deployment and monitoring process.
- **Containerization and Orchestration**: Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) to manage microservices efficiently.
- **Version Control Systems**: Proficiency in version control systems like Git to manage code changes.
- **Proactivity**: Independent self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of initiative.
