Partner with the best

As a Production Supervisor (Shop Operations) you will lead a production manufacturing cell team (union) executing several projects for our customers. Factory Shop Floor core activities are focused on CNC Machining, Welding (Cladding), Assembly and High-Pressure Tests.

As a Production Supervisor (Shop Operations), you will oversight daily activities inside assigned manufacturing cell being responsible for:

- Weekly schedule execution
- Daily Jobs follow up
- On-time delivery
- Efficiency & Time on Product performance
- Scrap and Rework execution on your manufacturing cell
- Labor variance performance for active projects at the site.
- Lean improvements
- HSE performance
- 5S deployment
- Payroll management

Education / Experience Requirements:

- Engineering degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Production, Shop Floor Operations or Supply chain activities.
- Project management experience
- Previous experience managing Union personnel.
- Ability to influence others and lead different teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Availability to work in different shifts.

- English conversational level
