Dematic/KION has an open opportunity for a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Partner within our Global U.S. based Talent Acquisition organization. This individual will support IT recruiting for Dematic/KION in Mexico. We are looking for a talent advisor who can drive positive change for the business. This individual will have the ability to problem solve to achieve goals, provide customer support and work with cross-functional teams.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**This Is What You Will Do in This Role**
- Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment process for business-critical project
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers
- Build pipelines for potential applicants based on recruitment strategies

**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
- Minimum 2 years’ recruiting in a technical organization or space
- ATS experience; Workday is strongly preferred
- External network of recruitment experts and resources
- Experience in a high-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
