We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Launch Manager, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.

As a Launch Manager you will be on charge of the resources management to assure the new products launching

**Your Tasks will be**
- Review Apodaca’s Plant new programs status
- Engineering changes communication and diffusion
- Engineering changes implementation
- Quotes realization to support and implement the new programs
- Tools and processes assuring to the engineer changes implementation
- Assure the production system quality and efficiency using different methods: work instructions, visual aids, etc.
- Engineering changes administration according to the annual budget.
- Change management leadership

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience on a similar position in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience as a member of the electronic automotive industry (SMT, Backend, assembly) is required
- Be certificated in Project management by PM Book
- Green belt certificated
- English level advanced
