**Job Summary**
Inter-Con is seeking an insurance and claims administrator to provide a broad range of support for the Risk Management department.
**Primary Responsibilities**
The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform general administrative tasks related to auto and workers’ compensation investigations, etc.;
- Collect and organize documents for claims from Paycom, Salesforce, and various departments within the company;
- Assist in obtaining records, personnel files, etc for subpoenas;.
- Assist with return-to-work status from providers on claims; follow up internally for documents pertaining to work comp and auto claims
- Enter documentation on recordable work comp claims into our OSHA log platform;
- Follow up on claims with lost time and restricted duty along with Inter-Con’s Work Comp Specialist.
- Interface with various departments internally for documents and information on claims as needed.
- Special projects as may be directed by the risk department.
- Create and track claims for auto, work comp, and occasional general liability claims as it pertains to status, insurance documents, and general information.
**Qualifications**
English skills C1 - C2
- Extensive database management experience is a critical component in this role.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Westlaw, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is preferred.
