**About the role**:
We're on the hunt for a meticulous New Product Implementation (NPI) Manager to join our vibrant team at Reckitt. In this pivotal role, you'll bring fresh and exciting products to life, ensuring they delight our customers and enhance our brand. You'll be the architect of flawless product launches, orchestrating the journey from concept to consumer hands with precision and care. If you're passionate about propelling new products into the world and possess the expertise to do so effectively, we're looking for you.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the launch of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless introduction to market.
- Develop project budgets and meticulously monitor spending, ensuring we deliver on financial expectations.
- Establish and meet product development milestones, from inception through to successful launch.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Lead and coordinate teams to hit all project requirements, while maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Proactively identify and address project risks, whilst ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven project management skills within a product development setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NPI processes, combined with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in supply chain and logistics, enhancing your ability to oversee project life cycles effectively.
- A strong track record managing technical documentation, from engineering specifications to project drawings.
- Excellent relationship management chops, paired with robust business acumen.
- An analytical mindset, comfortable diving into advanced data to identify trends and inform decisions.
