As a Project Coordinator at Ware Malcomb, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager in the management of control documents, reports, and weekly meetings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist the Project Manager in the follow-up of the entire project, working closely with the project team.

Organize and review project contract documents, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Provide support to the Project Manager throughout the construction phase, including daily and weekly reports, and field follow-up.

Assist with weekly meetings to construction sites, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Support the Project Manager in the management of the contractor, including tracking the construction schedule and ensuring that all activities are completed on time.

Conduct daily inspections on site, focusing on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with approved engineering and submittals.

Coordinate with the contractor the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.

**Requirements:**

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial site supervision.

Bachelor's Degree in an architectural, civil engineering, or construction-related program.

Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.

Effective and fluent ability to speak in public in Spanish and English.

Leadership of small to larger project teams desirable.

Basic knowledge of local and international construction codes.
