**This role in summary**
**Your responsibilities will include**
- Responsible for recruiting coordination within the region.
- Collaboration with Recruiters for Professional Staffing, Hiring Managers, Interview teams and HR Operations.
- Conduct Pre-employment Screenings, including background checks.
- Coordination with Vendors and Onboarding teams.
- Support with administrative activities.
- Support with process mapping, creation and maintenance.

**Minimum requirements**
- 1 year or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, project management
- Proven experience coordinating logistics involving multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- ; Exhibit strong customer service orientation.
- Advanced English skills
- 1 year or more years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, project management
- Proven experience coordinating logistics involving multiple stakeholders

**Preferred skills and experiences**
- Preferred Prior experience in Recruiting Coordination for Enterprise Companies Prior experience

- ATS knowledge. Success Factors Tool Plus. CRM knowledge. Eightfold a Plus
- Desired Portuguese skills, not required.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneous
- Preferred Prior experience in Recruiting Coordination for Enterprise Companies
- Prior experience as Recruiting Coordinator or Administrative Support.
