**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Acts as operations focal to the GEO team; closely interacting to ensure alignment to Q2C mission, provides reports to the GEO team and be pivot for GEO or market activities
Works with the business and execution teams to ensure periodic reporting on operations requirements and also be responsible to provide key engagement statistics and view to senior management and executives
Helps the market lead in managing relationship with the stakeholders by attending stakeholder interlocks, understands the issues raised and helps the teams in resolving these issues
Continuous focus on elements we can further improve in the Business Mgmt area
Run Q2C Market & Governance Management System
Supports the Market Leader on the Staff Work, such as:
data gathering
coordinating/managing escalations and focus items
prepare presentations for Business Unit
Operational Showcase interlocks
Month/Quarter End closure coordination/availability plans updates
special initiatives and programs
Maintain an overview on the whole set of metrics,
collaborating with Data Analyst to put in place Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan on “red” metrics.
Collaborate with Data Analyst to identify and bring forward Measurement enhancements.
Liaison with the others Shared Services teams:
Finance Team for budget coordination & resource management consolidation
Risk Management for critical BC situations
Communications for sharing news/highlights to Q2C community
