**Your 'day to day'**:
As a Controller, you will manage the activities in Financial Controlling, Planning, Reporting & Accounting for cluster of markets, being the PM Finance Solutions single point of contact for your assigned markets.
**More specifically, you will**:
- You will be working hand in hand with the Finance Director of our affiliate and act as the single point of contact for the clusters’ finance & business organization related to financial planning, controlling, reporting & accounting related processes and provide relevant information to support business decision
- Drive the collection of business & financial assumptions / KPI’s from markets or regional/global targets and ensure their proper translation in financial information during financial cycles (actuals and forecast)
- Translate strategic plan and operational business plan into financial plans which support local market strategy and regional/global priorities
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of the financial controlling, planning, reporting and accounting functions, enabling efficient processes by identifying gaps and overlaps and by introducing initiatives to resolve them
- Ensure accurate and reliable actual and forecast financial statements, by coordinating day-to-day activities in Controlling as well as all financial processes (ie. R2R, P2P, L2C,). Act as escalation instance for exception cases towards responsible affiliates.
- Lead several senior analysts and supervisors and ensure their development
**Who we're looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or similar domain, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Minimum 2 years of previous leadership experience
- High performer with strong analytical capabilities and broad Finance knowledge (across P&L, BS, CF)
- Advanced level of business savviness, good communication skills, and excellent prioritization skills
- Leadership and process related capabilities (i.e. engagement, pro-activity, agility, solution orientation)
- Confidence in presenting to Senior Management and capacity to translate sophisticated analysis in easy-to-follow narratives
- Capacity to organize and prioritize work independently to meet changing requirements in high-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
- Concise communication skills (verbal, written, visualizations), excellent English skills
