Juarez Mexico/ Remote/ Hybrid

**Responsabilities**:

- Co-ordinate with Subject Matter Experts for Regulatory (“SME/s”) & relative stakeholders for requirements gathering, analyzing and lead the review sessions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agency regulations/guidance and company procedures.
- Represents Regulatory Affairs on cross-functional project teams.
- Be responsible for providing regulatory support to project teams.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure team objectives and milestones are met in a timely manner.
- Involvement in the preparation of necessary outlines, summaries, status reports, memos, charts, tables, and slides.
- Be responsible for assessing device/manufacturing/packaging and labeling changes.
- Gather and assemble information necessary for submissions in accordance with regulations/guidance.
- Research, collect data, and respond to requests from associates.
- Provide solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Provide Regulatory Affairs support during internal and external audits.
- Deliver by acting promptly with flexibility, accountability and appropriately managing priorities for on-time results.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager of this position
