Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Indirects

As a STRATEGIC SOURCING SPECIALIST FOR INDIRECTS, you will collaborate with a dedicated procurement team to ensure the timely supply of indirects for our businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build strong communication channels to both customers and suppliers to in order to develop a sourcing strategy for indirects where savings are prioritized.
- Be part of a team in charge of negotiations, requisitions, quotation and billing processes directly with vendors/suppliers of indirect categories to meet company goals in a timely manner.
- Follow up closely on internal customer's request and insights to collaborate on continuous improvement processes and facilitate the sourcing process inside PPG.
- Partner closely with other PPG functions to provide efficient and differentiated solutions to our internal customers.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in procurement/purchasing or equivalent, ideally for indirect categories with outstanding record negotiating directly with suppliers.
- Proficient English and Excel, SAP/ Oracle knowledge is highly valued.
- Data driven person, with ability handle multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
