The Marketing Solutions team is focused on delivering engaging narratives that inform and inspire clients, agencies and the industry with the opportunity TikTok brings to media agencies and brands direct. Some examples of work from this team include platform, seasonal and vertical narratives, inspiration decks around key moments on TikTok, strategic best practices and thought leadership. Ultimately, work will help generate demand for TikTok and drive consideration for our products and solutions.

Also responsible for proactively developing business on TikTok from an agreed list of clients, leveraging relationships with senior agency heads of strategy and planning. Work closely with the Research & Insights, Product, Sales, Agency, Measurement and Creative teams.

About the role

**1. Drives**:

- Owns end-to-end project production from problem identification to output delivery to measurement analysis.
- Proven track record of positive business impact through owned projects solving key business problems.

**2. Strategic Planning**:

- Integrates partner and industry insights and data analytics into marketing solutions strategies.
- Proactively identifies market/industry opportunities and adapts marketing plans accordingly.
- Has a thorough knowledge of marketing/advertising theory, strategic frameworks, marketing STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning) etc.

**3. Engagement**:

- Creates clear and concise documentation for all projects.
- Expert in collaboration, aligning marketing with business goals and developing deep and meaningful relationships with key XFN stakeholders.
- Is industry-savvy, and shares insights and inspiring resources with team/department through Lark.
- Skillful at delivering engaging, clear integrated presentations.

**4. Integrated Marketing Solutions**:

- Coordinate messaging and campaigns across-funnel on TikTok.
- Ensure consistency in branding and communication.
- Organize and conduct sales training & workshops to uplift sales competencies.

**5. Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and storytelling.
- Identify target audiences, market positioning, and competitive differentiators.
- Leverage data, tools and research to create and optimize insights.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimun Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of digital media and marketing, especially mobile and social landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital third-party, measurement, content and media verification partners.
- Competency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to inject engaging storytelling and creativity into outputs.

Preferable Qualifications
- Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented with the ability to identify and solve business challenges using critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of media syndicated research and media.
- Proficiency in English.
