Solicitamos: Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance Engineer.

Objetivo: Dentro de un equipo multidisciplinar dinámico, el Ingeniero de Seguridad de Productos y Cumplimiento Normativo es responsable de definir y coordinar los planes de pruebas de rendimiento y validación de nuevos sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos en colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo de productos.

Actividades:

- Monitorear las leyes y estándares actuales y futuros y traducirlos en requisitos regulatorios y de cumplimiento.
- Desarrollar programas de prueba y certificación en colaboración con ingeniería.
- Desarrollar el programa de certificación para vehículos nuevos.
- Participar en el desarrollo de productos a lo largo del ciclo de vida de los proyectos.
- Participar en revisiones de diseño (DFMEA) para evaluar y minimizar los riesgos de seguridad.
- Gestionar los casos de defectos detectados en los productos que puedan provocar incidencias en el servicio.
- Gestione los casos de incidentes en servicio y escalarlos en caso de ser necesario.

**Requisitos**:
Escolaridad: Ingeniería Mecánica o Eléctrica.

Idioma (Indispensable): Inglés Avanzado (Oral y Escrito).

Conocimientos:

- Lectura e interpretación de normas en inglés.
- Interpretación de la operatividad de las regulaciones en relación con el gobierno (Canadá, México, Estados Unidos).
- Conocimiento de la normativa para vehículos de transporte público y privado.
- Conocimiento en procesos e implementación.
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en una organización de tipo matricial.
- Conocimientos básicos de los distintos sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos de un vehículo pesado.
- Conocimiento de los estándares de la industria (SAE, CSA, MVSS, NOM).
- Conocimientos de comunicación.

Gestión de equipos de trabajo.
