**_Estamos en búsqueda de un Ingeniero Sr de Mantenimiento para nuestra planta en Juárez, Chihuahua_**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Soporte a las Líneas de producción
- Modificación de programas de montaje en coordenadas
- Reemplazo de partes de uso recurrente en los MP’s a los equipos
- Reemplazo de partes controladas a los equipos.
- Coordinar al personal indirecto bajo su responsabilidad, así como dar entrenamiento al personal de nuevo ingreso al área.Administrar y controlar la producción y el plan de mantenimiento enfocado siempre a su cumplimiento.
- Asegurar la calidad del producto, así como el cumplimiento de estándares de procesos
- Cambio de parámetros a los equipos
- Modificación de herramientas de proceso

**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad Ingeniería, en Electrónica o Mecatronica
- +6 años de experiência como Ingeniero de Mantenimiento
- Deseable mínimo 5 años de experiência en la industria automotriz
- Deseable experiência en control y manejo de cuartos limpios mediante sistemas BMS.
- Deseable experiência en ingeniería de planta: instalaciones eléctricas, compresores, chillers, UMAS, busway, etc.
- Conocimiento en sistemas automatizados
- Conocimiento en Robots
- Conocimiento en Sistemas de ejes lineales
- Conociminento Sistemas de vision
- Experiência en sistemas MES
- Experiência en sistemas BMS
- Manejo de bases de datos
- Manufactura Esbelta
- Metodologías de Calidad (Core Tools)
- IATF 16949.
- Conocimiento de Seguridad Industrial.
- Excelente comunicación.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
