**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Technical Support and User Assistance: Provide technical support to staff, teachers, and students, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, as well as managing accounts and assisting parents if necessary.-
- Standard IT Operations: Configure and deploy accounts and devices, install and repair software and hardware, manage technology equipment and assets, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure proper functioning.-
- IT Administration: Maintain inventories of hardware and software, document procedures and resolutions, prepare reports for regional management, and keep the workspace clean and professional.-
- IT Projects and Initiatives: Assist with the installation of new technology, collaborate on infrastructure projects and evaluate hardware/software, and handle ad-hoc projects and tasks.-
- Training and Collaboration: Participate in meetings and events, provide training on technology tools, act as a liaison between users and the IT department, and collaborate on data center management and technological improvements.-
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and school policies, maintaining confidentiality and security of information.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field.-
- At least 1 year experience as an IT support engineer or similar role. Within the Education industry is a big plus.-
- Verbal and written English proficiency is required.-
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.-
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel.-
- Expertise in Apple devices management and configuration is highly desired but not mandatory.-
- ITIL Foundation, Google IT Support Professional, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), CISCO Certification,-
- CompTIA, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent, are very preferred but not mandatory**SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT**
