**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in**:Business, Engineering, or Administration**.
- Experience in years**:3 years in Sales**.
- Developing _(especially automotive industry preferred)_.
- English Level**:Intermediate**.
- Excel Level**:Advanced and Power Point skills**.
- Area to cover**:Guadalajara and Aguascalientes**.

**Technical Knowledge**:

- Customer development.
- Excel files creation with sales information and interpretation.
- Mechanical components.
- Electrical components.
- Market, Industry and Competitive Knowledge.
- Product and Technical Knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:
The **Key Sales Account West** position is responsible for generates revenue by attending existing and new accounts, developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; promoting products and services.
- Closes sales by building rapport with existing and potential customer; promoting product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expands sales by introducing new products and services.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans.
- Sustain and retain top customers and nurture with those key customer all the time.
- Develop confidence, bring service with exceptional negotiation skills to create long term relationship.
- Coordinate all communication with key customers to understand the organization and find key person to develop new sales with the customers.
- Execute meeting and training with the customer to increase product variation sales with the customers.
