Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Job Posting, Sourcing & Remote Scouting:
Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
Screening & Interviewing:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Collaboration & Consultation:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired qualifications.
Participate in workforce planning meetings to anticipate future hiring needs.
Offer Management & Onboarding:
Work with the HR team to ensure smooth transitions during the onboarding process.
Coordinate pre-employment checks, background screening, and reference checks.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends, best practices, and legal compliance.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing and social media.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency) or similar role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruiting for [industry-specific roles].
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
